How to convert tethered jailbreak to untethered jailbreak in iOS 6.0 & 6.0.1

If you couldn't stop to have your iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS or iPod Touch 4 jailbroken tethered on iOS 6.x, you will be glad to know there is a way to Jailbreak Untethered without having to restore your device back to iOS 5.0, 5.1.1. In this tutorial, I'm gonna show you how to convert tethered jailbreak to untethered jailbreak in iOS 6.0, 6.0.1 using Evasi0n 6.x Untether.

If you already have tethered jailbreak on your Apple device then follow the below steps and If you haven't done jailbreak yet then click here.

1. Open your homescreen.

2. Launch 'Cydia' app from your jailbroken device.

3. With Cydia up and running, refresh its sources by going into the Changes tab and tapping Refresh.

4. Once the sources have finished being refreshed you will need to go into the Search tab and search for : evasi0n 6.x Untether

 

5. Install the Evasi0n iOS 6.x Untether package to your device and then reboot it normally by holding down the Power button until you see “Slide To Power Off appear.”

6. Turn your device back on and after Evasi0n does its thing it should be up and running in an untethered state.

~ Wallah !!! Now you have a untethered jaibroken device. Now install as many as cracked apps without having any tension of restarting phone.
