During Samsung's Unpacked Galaxy S IV launch event, spokesmen hit on a few features and specifications for the new smartphone but never really got down and dirty with the hard core facts. Luckily, Techdesire was able to get the hard data that we all have been waiting for. 


The Galaxy S IV features a 5-inch full 1080P 441ppi Super AMOLED display, a 1.9GHz quad core Snapdragon processor and 2GB of RAM. Internal storage will come in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB forms with a micro SD slot for expansion. The smartphone features a 13MP rear camera that is capable of full 1080p video capture.

The Galaxy S IV will ship with Android 4.2.2 Jellybean and should have amazing battery life with its 2600mAh battery. The device will come in two colors: White Frost, and Black Mist. It is expected to launch worldwide in April with AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Cricket and U.S. Cellular. No word on pricing structure was given.

Display


The Galaxy S 4, which crams a 5-inch screen into body slightly smaller than the S III's, will go sale starting April. Its display is 1280X1920.

Processor / RAM

Software


The Galaxy S IV will come with Android 4.2.2 Jellybean i.e the latest Android version.

Battery


It has an amazing battery life with its 2600mAh battery which is quite impressive because large screen means more reduction of battery life. With 2600mAh, it should lasts for 1-2 days.

Camera


It should have a 13 Megapixel camera which is better for high contrast imaging. Images clicked with this should be sharp and clear.

Launch


It will be available on 13th April, 2013 worldwide.
